Request Information

At Foremost Fastener Company, we provide our customers with custom bagging of hardware, fasteners, stand-offs, spacers, and customer-supplied parts. Our efficient custom hardware kitting services can speed up assembly and efficiency for OEM facilities, saving time and money. We use polyurethane bag material in thicknesses from 2 to 6 mils, which can hold a max of 10 lbs. (heavier kits can be boxed). Bag sizes range from 1″ x 3″ to 12″ x 18″ and are thermal sealed to provide a professional finish that prevents hardware from becoming loose during shipping. Instead of ordering and storing multiple SKUs that will have to be bagged on-site, our customers have the option of letting us handle all of the custom bagging and sending them a ready-to-ship product.

All custom bags are labeled with a description, part number, and bar code to make inventory management simple. We ensure all of our bags are properly sealed and can handle a range of production volumes from 1 to 1,000,000. We excel at efficiently handling and managing fasteners and hardware. Our customers benefit by letting us handle the bagging, so they can focus on their manufacturing strengths without having to worry about fastener packaging.
